Ethan Staples '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ethan Staples, I'm a class of 2025 student at Sequim High School on Washington's Olympic Peninsula, and I want to play college baseball at the highest possible level. My academic interests include agricultural science, linguistics, and forest management.

I'm an asset to any team because I show up every day to train hard, compete fiercely, and win baseball games. Regardless of which team I'm playing on, I thrive on the common focus we share in improving our skills and knowledge of the game. Whether on the mound or at bat, I stay confident when games are close. I enjoy hitting doubles in the gap and striding off the mound when the umpire rings up the tenth K of an outing, but I'm most proud when I can make a play that reverses the momentum of a game back to my team.
