Zoey Franklin '23 Recruiting Profile

 I have cheered for the past seven years, starting in sixth grade. However, I decided to try acrobatics and tumbling in college for my first year. Being here for my first semester taught me how much I love this sport. I would be an excellent candidate for your team because I am a hard worker; I manage my time well. I was the captain of two high school football cheer squads, took honors and dual enrollment college classes, worked part-time at City Creamery, a local ice cream shop, and volunteered at Floyd Felines, a local animal shelter. I have self-discipline as an athlete combined with a strong work ethic as an athlete. I was chosen to the 7AA All-Region Cheer Team during my sophomore, junior, and senior cheer seasons of high school. I traveled to Columbus, Georgia, in August 2022 to compete as one of the top 30 cheerleaders in the state in Class A-4A, and from there, I was selected as one of 16 cheerleaders for the Georgia A-4A All-State Cheer Team. I am a top and a tumbler and will continue learning new skills.
