Tamara Harmon '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Tamara Harmon. I have cheered for all star teams for 11 years and high school all 4 years. I was named Co-Captain my junior year (2021) and Captain my senior year (2022-2023). My main goal when joining any team is to have a positive impact on the team. Although I have plenty of cheer experience I know on some levels college can be very different. I am willing to put all that I know aside and work to comprehend cheerleading at the collegiate level. I feel as though I will be a good candidate for any team because I want to learn and become a better cheerleader. I am willing to put in the work it takes to become the best personally and as a teammate. Some times I can get frustrated if things don't hit right away, but I remember to take that step back and calm down. Nothing will work or hit if a group is mad at each other. In this case I like to makes sure my stunt group or even team and I work together. All in all cheer is a team sport and every one needs to work together to create the masterpiece that we all desire.
