Zoey Wexler '21 Recruiting Profile

Hi there!

My name is Zoey Wexler and I am a rising senior at Manchester High School located in Manchester CT. I started playing field hockey 5 years ago when my middle school team was in need of a goalie so I said "why not!", stepped up to the plate, and have loved the sport ever since.  I am a trustworthy, hardworking, goal-oriented individual who loves a good challenge both on and off the field. Academically I am looking to major in Chemistry and/or Forensic Science with the end goal of becoming a Forensic Chemist within a local lab or the FBI.  Athletically I want to be able to join a family that is not only there to win some games, but help build each other up and help improve each others field hockey skills. When I am not in the classroom or on the field I love acting and helping others which is why I am in our school's theatre club and student activist club.  I love to keep myself busy and engage in a lot of different activities to keep my mind going in a positive way! I would love to be able to join a team/go to a college where I am challenged both on the field and in the classroom and be able to do it with an amazing group of girls who love each other and want to help each other grow not only as athletes but as people.
