Kaley stamp '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Kaley Stamp, class of 2022! 

I am 17years old, and I’m a Senior at Mercy Academy from Louisville, Kentucky.  I’m a goalie and have been playing this position for about 7 years. Prior to this, I was a defensive fullback for 2 years. I believe that my experience has given me a strong sense of the field and how to position players on both offense and defense. 

Overall, I am a generally social and friendly person, which allows me to cooperate and communicate with my teammates easily. This also allows me to learn more about myself and how I can improve as a goalie by listening to advice from my teammate. 

Skill wise, my ability to follow the ball along with my quick reaction time allows me to effectively cover majority of the cage. I have an eye for player movement, so this allows me to predict shots and respond to them accordingly.

My most recent athletic achievement is receiving placement for 2nd Team All State in Kentucky.  From my sophomore year to senior year I have 679 recorded saves for Mercy Academy.
