Lyric Scott '21 Recruiting Profile

I am a Forward/Midfield for Union High School and Rapid Fire Elite. I am in class of 2021 and I started playing field hockey when I was in 7th grade and travel in 2018 and it changed my life. I wasn't the most social before I started playing, but field hockey broke me out of my shell and I have met the best people in the hockey world. I am a team player but always try to be a leader and set a good example. Playing field hockey is important to me because it gives me a responsibility and keeps me on my A game.  I have been able to manage my time better with field hockey because I know that I have to get my school work done before games or practices. I enjoy playing field hockey because once you and your team learns to play good hockey together, you realize how much fun you have with your teammates on and off the field.
