Allie Bianchi '17 Recruiting Profile

Playing field hockey and being part of a team is a important part of my life. I love the feeling when I send the ball up the field and set my team mates up to score.  I want to help make the best team possible!  I have been playing field hockey since I was 10 years old.  I can't imagine life without it. It gives me structure in order to excel in school and continues to teach me so many things.  My goal is to be a special educator.  Being able to be patient, and assertive when need be, is a big part in special ed but also in field hockey.  There are many things that are in common between the two, I believe it's in my best interest and my future students interest to play field hockey in college as part of a team.  Just as in high school I will strive to be an asset on and off the field!
