My goal as of now is to graduate with a degree that fulfills my interest in improving mental health. This passion of mine goes hand in hand with being a good teammate. For example, Instead of becoming frustrated and disappointed with my team when we are losing I look to using a different method. I communicate with my teaamamtes on what they could work on in a polite manner opposed to letting frustration take over my emotions. This characteristic of mine has helped me build strong and trusting friendships with my teammates of all ages throughout my years of playing field hockey.
