Personal Statement

Ever since I find out about football in my 5th-grade year I've had nothing but a passion for it. This sport allows me to be the be active and have fun, At my first game I did not get that much playtime but that didn't make me cast any doubt in my passion for the sport. From that point, I had to prove to my coach that I belong on the field, and that's exactly what I did. I showed him that I was one of his top players on the team. After I showed him my talent he let me play for a good amount of time and we ended up winning that game. Ever since then I have been playing football for all the schools I attended. My early football career came to a halt when I started going to schools that didn't have a team. But that didn't stop me from getting better at what I can do on the field, so for that time I trained and got better with my catching and running drills. Finally, I came back to schools that had a football team, from there I joined and got even better at my craft. Playing football has shown me that I can be a good team player and that I work well with a group and. I also learned that I am fast, before I didn't train to get faster to me this is a god-given talent. Throughout my High school years of football, I've only one regret, not playing my freshmen year. This set me back knowing that I wanted to play in the next level but I waited my sophomore year and that year was by far my best. When I was on this JV team we ended the season 7-1 and I was happy to be apart of this team. I've throughout my football years been having my eye on one path, To make it to college and that's what I intend to do.
