Growing up, I was always a soccer and baseball player. I eventually got more interested in football going into high school. My freshman year, I continued playing baseball but also went out for the football team. I made the varsity football team and the JV baseball team my freshman year. Sports have taught me about failure and that hard work and extra effort matter. Going into my junior year, I am still the starting varsity kicker and punter and well respected by my team and coaches. I am also looking to make the varsity baseball team again.
Through the years, I have developed a strong work ethic and am willing to sacrifice for my grades in school as well as sacrifice to accomplish more in football. Beyond sports, I have academic goals as well, such as finishing high school with at least a 3.8 or higher GPA and eventually getting a college degree to help me be successful later in life.
