Nick Oskvarek '15 Recruiting Profile

     Football is my passion and has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have played football every year since I was six and the game has taught me many important life lessons. I learned discipline, the importance of hard work, how to be a team player, personal responsibility and camaraderie. A number of my best friends are my football teammates. I am a 5’11’’ 185 pound linebacker/offensive lineman from Colorado Springs, CO. However, I will play any position and fill in wherever my team needs me. Right now my cumulative GPA is a 3.3, which I am working hard to improve. I have been on the varsity football team for three years and have started two, earning first-team all-conference honors for the fall 2014 season. I am also a three-year varsity wrestler at my school and have received all-conference honors. I am looking for a school that fulfills my academic goals and still enables me to continue the pursuit of my passion. Currently I am interested in criminal justice and a career in law enforcement.
