My name is Josiah Rich I’d like to go by Richie on the field I’m 17 1/2 years old I’ve been playing football since I was five my mom got me into sports into the boys and girls club Johnson’s boys club of Denver Colorado played with them full contact for a couple years then started playing middle school football Full Contact then went to high school I am a strong athlete I am a people person my family are my number one especially my mom she’s my hero over the years has been tough for me I lost two great people in my life and my grandfather  in 2020 of a massive heart attack my grandmother nine months after 2021 of Covid has been a lot of heartaches in my life feel like giving up I didn’t wanna go on Momma Encouraged me to never give up you want your dream you got to go get it and I got to take it I never believed in myself as much as my mom believed me and my grandparents I love helping people but I do go to church god is my #1 then my mom my sisters family is important to me loyalty and respect but when I’m on that field I’m a whole different person I love Football I love being part of another family my bros lol thank you for this opportunity to pick me Giving me the chance in the courage to know what I have To know I have people that care about me and I want to give that back in return one day but I will as a grow and go through my journey in life thank you for hearing my story God bless you
