I began playing organized tackled football when I was in 1st grade. I immediately fell in love with the sport. I love the contact, the aggressiveness and the culture of players and coached working together as a team. Football is my passion, and I would like to continue playing in college.
I pride myself on being the hardest worker on both my football and wrestling team. I find that setting an example of hard work and competitiveness has always allowed me to provide leadership to a team. The desire and work ethic that football has provided me has proved to be essential to my life outside of the sport as well. I have been able to obtain a 5.74/5.0 GPA and have scored in the top 99 percentile in the PSAT testing.
As a Tight End I pride myself on blocking first and foremost. While it has been easy to work on catching and ball skills during the offseason through 7 on 7 leagues, camps, and workouts, I also focused on working regularly with a private OL/DL coach. In addition to this being a great help in blocking, it also allowed me to excel at DE and DT which allowed me to help my team.
I look forward to continuing competing on the field and growing as a person and a player through football.
