Nuno Arantes '23 Recruiting Profile

I moved from Portugal to the US, without my parents with the dream of being a kicker in the NFL. I'm a cold-headed, rational person and since I was little I'm good with dealing with pressure. I also have fun chasing high scores and challenging myself, what makes kicking even more fun. 

Back at home I played soccer for 12 years. Once I tried kicking footballs and I was surprisingly talented at it, I remember that I scored a 40yd field goal in the first attempts.

My goals are to play d1 or d2 for a college that can also challenge me academically and to get a scholarship in order to make it feasible. My current GPA is 3.8 (going up) and my longest field goal was from 56yds . I would be a good value adding to any team because I'm all about team work and I have a calming effect on others. I play hard but work way harder and usually I have a big influence on people in that sense.
