Owen Gish '22 Recruiting Profile

I've always been a very hard worker ever since I was a little kid. I always believe to control your variables and the rest will work its self out, which means being as coachable and as persistent as possible. 

I started playing football and basketball in the second grade. football has always been my favorite, my dad played football at the University of Missouri and my mom played basketball at the University of Missouri too. I also have three sisters and two of them play D1 vollyball. also some of my first cousins' play basketball at KU (Christain Braun) and MU (Parker Braun). I also have a cousin that plays volleyball professionally and one that played at k-state, I have many aunts and uncles that played sports in college but you get the gist, I come from an athletic family. and I consider myself blessed to not only get love and support but to have a large frame that I can put to my advantage.
