Bubba Blackburn '14 Recruiting Profile

I am a high school football player at Raymore-Peculiar High School in Peculiar, Missouri.  My biggest dream is to play college football.  I work very hard during the season and off-season to help make this dream come true.  I am 6'2", 225 lbs.  I may not be the tallest middle-linebacker, but I am very powerful and quick.  I bench press 315 lbs, squat 315 lbs, and run the 40-yard dash in 4.85sec.  I was a starting middle-linebacker for my varsity squad my junior and senior year.  I can offer dedication, hard work, and drive to a team.  I would most likely want to go to a school around Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado, or Illinois to be close to my family, but honestly I would play for anyone who has a great football program that fits me.  I would love to go to a Division I or Division II school, but open to all types/levels of schools.  My goal in college would be to play as a starter my freshman or sophomore year, and to help my team win many games, or even a championship.  I like to learn new techniques, plays, and drills, and do my best to accomplish them. Along with my love of playing football, I want to pursue a coaching and physical educational degree.  To share my passion and love of the game with others.  I will work my hardest to live out my dream of playing collegiate football.  Thank you for taking the time to review my profile.
