Jaylen Gibson '24 Recruiting Profile

My main college goal is to grow from a boy to a man. I want to become a better person inside and out. I want to leave college with the skills and experience to be successful in the world and be able to stand on my own two feet. 

I'm a good candidate because I have been raised the correct way. My dad is in the military (Navy) and he provides me with the structure that I need as a kid. Being the son of a military has given me tough thick skin, if a military man can yell and raise his voice I know I can take that from college coaches. I listen well, take direction well, so I'm coachable and want to be coached and shown the right way to play the game. I want my skills to be fine tuned so I can be the best version of myself.
