Ian Cartlidge '16 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coach,

After my senior year (15'-16'), I plan on attending a D-1 or D-2 College. My goal is to graduate with a Degree first, play College Football second. I have played football since I was seven years old.  I am a Coaches Son, and a student of the game. I just finished my Junior year Varsity football season. After ten games, our defense held our opponent's to ninety (90) points and four (4) shutouts. I finished my Junior year breaking the single-season tackle record with one-hundred-twenty-six (126) Tackles and eighteen (18) TFL's. I am a natural leader, and have an absolutely sick work-ethic. You won't see me at parties, I'll be in the gym grinding, volunteering for my community, watching film on next week's opponent, or spending time in the classroom constantly trying to improve myself. I have earned the title of Team Captain every week during my Junior season. I'm a great friend, and a better teammate. I love the game, my dream is to play College Football.
