Darrell Mims '22 Recruiting Profile

At an incredibly young age, I gravitated to sports.  I played soccer and basketball initially.  Then at age 11, I decided to try football, and I am glad I made that choice.  Once on the field, there was indescribable energy that guided me on the field.  I work hard on and off the field with this energy, and I am always looking to learn more to enhance my personal and football knowledge.  Throughout my life, people would look at my quiet, humble demeanor and underestimate my skill level.  This underestimation feeds my drive and gives me that extra incentive to succeed in all aspects of my life.
