Dylan Bollinger '19 Recruiting Profile

A lot of football players work hard off season and during the season - so do I.  i actually received the diligent/hard worker for my team this past summer; an award given to one player on the team.  But a lot of ball players receive awards.  I made a decision this summer that will forever change my life.  When I I showed ip at a local lake this summer with a few buddies, I saw what turned out to be a dead 19 year old girl floating in the lake.  I was scared, terrified actually, but I went in the lake to get the girl out.  This has changed me forever.  I know the feeling of doing what is right  even when it is something I don’t want to do. Playing football my whole life gave me the confidence and courage to do what was right.

I do not give up - ever.  I practice hard and play hard.  Regardless of the situation I will finish what I start and I will finish strong.

My goals - to play for a University that values character as well as ability.  i will work harder than the athlete next to me , both on the field and in the classroom. I will lead by example. I will graduate with a useful degree.
