Jalen Smith '19 Recruiting Profile

I have learned many valuable lessons as a result of being an athlete: self-discipline, hard work, respect, teamwork and responsibility just to name a few. I will bring all this and more to any team I'm on, but more importantly I'll bring a willingness to learn and grow. I'm passionate about playing the game of football and continuing to develop my skills, however I'm equally passionate about furthering my education and obtaining a Bachelors degree in kinesiology , as I have aspirations of becoming a physical therapist. 

I had the unique opportunity of playing football on an international team; I played games in Germany, Singapore, Dubia, and Abu Dhabi. This experience elevated my knowledge of the game and solidified my desire to play football at the collegiate level. Based on my experience I believe I would be a great addition to this program.
