Calculated - I have a plan to operate on and off the field, even after my strategic plan is achieved, season and off season.
Specific goals- There are individual goals I have set for myself personally and football based, including weightlifting, speed, and how I play on the field.
Track record of a servants heart- Operation Christmas child, prison ministry, domestic violence care packages. In football this translates to not operate in "I" but "we".
