Gage Rinehart '23 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals involve being a student athlete who excels on and off the field.  During my high school career I have learned that the same critical thinking skills that help me maintain my 4.095 GPA while taking honors classes also serve me well as a leader on my football team.  This leadership is exemplified by my dedication to preparation in the off season and the mentoring that I provide to my team both during games and at practice.  

I have played Varsity football since my Freshman year in High School, when I helped my team win the 2-A State Championship.  My Sophomore year I was able to contribute to my team, during a shortened season by playing both Offensive Tackle and Defensive Tackle.  This year I was also able to contribute on both sides of the ball and was awarded All-Region Offensive Linemen and Offensive Coaches Award.  This award was given because of my hard work, coach-ability, and desire to do what is necessary to help my team succeed.
