This last season was my junior year. It was the year that would be able to show everyone what could do when given the opportunity. Unfortunately I had a season ending knee injury that caused me to miss half of district along with playoffs. I didn't let my injury keep me from supporting my team, so I went to every game and practice to show them that I wasn't going to quit on them. I feel like injuries define a player on how he or she will respond to adversity. What sets me apart from all the other recruits is my work ethic, intelligence on and off the field, and team leadership skills. Nobody is going to out work me in the classroom, in the gym, or on the field. I'm not the fastest or strongest guy out there, but I am the guy who is always going to constantly pursue success and bring out the best in my teammates. My senior season coming up will be a showcase of what a mentally strong athlete can do after recovering from a complete ACL repair and meniscus tear.
