I was introduced to the game of football at the age of 6 and haven't stopped playing since. I'm from a small Town in Vermont and I have more passion to the game then any other. My goal going into College is finding a place I can expand my mind academically (with new subjects of learning),has the appropriate styles of learning to help me in the class room, and an Athletic Program where I know I can excel to my fullest in. I'm different from many recruits because of my character. I have gotten words of wisdom from many honorable people in the game of football because I stay humble and keep my composure. On the field I don't get caught up in the crowd, or try to make a scene. I always tell my teammates the task we have at hand and to stay focused. My Coach made me the captain my junior year of High school, but ever since pop warner I took on the role of being a leader, getting us through the grind. My Sophomore year I went to football camp, the summer of 2016 and dislocated my shoulder. Instead of packing my bags and leaving the camp I stayed to cheer on my teammates and helped coaches pick up cones at the end of every drill. For my character, I was announced MVP honorable mention at the end of the camp and got invited to the bowl game in Atlanta. I try to transition my character to the class room as well. I never disrupt a class room, and while the rest of the class is on their phones are snoozing, I'm taking notes. Freshman year I was on the honor roll, and as I transitioned from being a sophomore to a upperclassmen my academics were still meeting right standards, but my struggles with math and science were making it hard to excel. The subject I'm the strongest at is English, for my father is a writer and has written his own book before so I always have had family help with my papers. When it comes to being recruited I know my Athletic talent is on the Most Competitive level. Coming back from an injury my Jr. year and being first team All-state running back with 1300+ rushing yards shows I can succeed. but I also believe any school from Jr. College to Division 1 could be a prominent opportunity in the future.
