Adam Hunter '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Adam Hunter. I have been playing football since I was about 8 years old and I fell in love with the game during my years of experience. When I hit the field, I can just forget everything and just play- I use football as almost a way to keep my head on my shoulders. I am a good candidate because I have great work ethic which I make a grande effort to display on and off the field. I have also been told that I am a very coachable athlete, which I take pride in. I always make sure my teammates are held accountable and supported by everyone on the team. Overall, I just enjoy getting the work done when it comes to being an athlete. 

My teammates consider me a leader, which I aspire to be every day. I try and push my teammates to be the best they can be while also being the best I can be. I try very hard to lead by example every game and every practice. I am different from other athletes because I stay focused on what I need to do to prepare for the game and what I need to do during the game. I also encourage other teammates to do the same: such as in the weight room, studying film, and showing up for practice. I am a great team player and want to see my entire team succeed together as a family. Furthermore, I am also different from other athletes based on my grades, which are above average for a student-athlete. All in all, I would love to play college football and I’m continuously working hard to achieve that goal.
