Trent Saflin '13 Recruiting Profile

My Name Is Trent Saflin. I am a 5'11", 180 pound senior at Battlefield High School, in Northern Virginia.  I am a Wide Receiver on a highly competitive and successful high school team.  I completed my 2011 junior year earning many individual accomplishments, and reaching the State Semi-Final game.  I earned multiple awards, such as First Team All-District, First team All-Area, and Second Team All-Region. I finished with 52 receptions for 741 yards, averaging 14.3 yards for every time that I touched the ball. As of the start of 2012, my senior year, I have picked up right where I left off. After 4 games, I already have 21 receptions for 269 yards, averaging almost 13 yards a catch, including 4 touchdowns. 

I have always envisioned myself playing football at the collegiate level ever since I started football at the age of 7, and it has been a top priority in my life, along with excelling at my schoolwork.  I am a very hard  worker on the field, as well as in the classroom.  I am in search of a college that  I can attend, receive an excellent education, as well as play the sport that I love.  I am open to attending any school where I am afforded the privilege of performing to the best of my ability and giving 110% at all times.  Football is what I absolutely live for, and I am very determined to play at the next level.
