Matthew Blaser '16 Recruiting Profile

I am a competitive and hardworking person. I strive for the best and love a challenge. I currently hold a 3.83 weighted GPA and plan to only make it better. I am 6'1' tall and weigh 185 lbs. I run a 4.51 40 Yard dash and have a vertical leap of 33 inches.  I am Captain of the Poquoson Varsity football team and play both ways (WR and CB).  This year, my senior year, Poquoson finished 2nd in the District, 2nd in the Conference and 2nd in Regionals.  Our regional playoff game was a battle and we lost in OT.  In that game, my last HS football game, I scored 2 TDs and had an interception.  I will receive my final WR stats from my head coach soon, but estimate that I will end up with approximately 674 total receiving yards, 40 receptions, and 9 TDs.
