Personal Statement
If I am blessed with the opportunity to play college football, a coach can count on a few things in return. I have always been a true team player. I am committed to giving 100% effort in everything I do including the classroom, practices, and games. I carry a 4.0 GPA and it is my goal to continue a path of academic excellence when I get to college.
As a late bloomer in football I have learned to work harder than many others to achieve the things I want and this determination will continue as I strive to reach my full potential. Throughout my athletic career I have earned everything through patience and perseverance. I am one who will step up to take on the challenge whenever my number is called as I had to do so in our state semifinals the time our first string running back was unable to start. I believe that my habit of doing what others won't do will enable me to do what others can't do in the long run. I hope to have the chance to prove this on a college football team by helping a team to reach their goals along the way.
