Shawn Munro '15 Recruiting Profile

Rewards: Three sport athlete; Basketball, Baseball, Football, and have lettered in all three since sophomore year.I have been in the playoffs each year in all 3 of my sports.I was voted  team captain and Mr. Defense by my peers and coaches twice.   All-Kingco Linebacker Junior and Senior seasons,  4A Kingco Champion and WA 4A State Champion. Our team went down and played the very first High School Bowl games in Florida and I was named one of the top 100 players in the state of Washington.

What separates me from other athletes is my ability to find the ball, get there fast and go 110% snap to whistle. Good at studying offenses and figuring out their offensive schemes. I spend many hours a week studying my opponents game films. I never miss practice and I am always ready to give 100% at practice and push my team mates to do the same.  If I am not playing a sport  I am in the gym working out and I try to workout about five times a week.

My work ethic speaks for its self on and off the field.I keep up my grades and I am currently in a college History class. Community service is another thing I do on my free time. I have worked at many events including DARE program, Santa breakfast for families in need, cleaning up the community parks and working with our youth football program.

Current GPA: 3.3
