Louis Richardson '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Louis Richardson and I am a Junior at Moorefield High School in Moorefield, WV. I am what you call a "desired size and speed back." I weigh 205 pounds, and I am 5 feet, 10 inches tall. I have been timed at 4.48 seconds in the 40-yard dash along with a 33-inch vertical. My coach recently honored me by telling the team that he felt I was one of the better running backs to play for Moorefield. This is significant because Moorefield has won six State Championships in the last decade and a half. My coach refers to me as the "Work Horse" of the team; somebody he can count on to get the job done and carry the load. Coach and I have become friends since moving to Moorefield my Freshman year. Initially, he told me, "You're not that fast (he was referring to my failure to put my shoulders down)." I worked harder, improved my footwork, speed and strength. He was later heard to say, "Does Louis look fast to you?" My coach's opinion means alot to me and if he says I need to improve in something, I'll work at it until I have exceeded his expectations.
