Christian Smith
Assistant Head Of IMG Mental Conditioning
Christian serves as the lead mental conditioning coach for the IMG Academy golf program. Having first interned with IMG Academy in summer 2006, Christian joined IMG full-time in 2007 and since then, has helped develop the mental games of a variety of golfers, from beginners to AJGA East-West team members, winning Curtis Cup team members, NCAA DI champions, USGA champions and more.

Mental Performance Coach
Lexis has spent most of her career as a mindset coach in the youth sports space but most recently has completed a stint as a mindset coach for the NY Mets professional baseball organization. She is experienced in both virtual and in person mindset coaching and is best known best for her authenticity and creativity in ensuring a lasting impact with her clients.
Briana Hubbard
Mental Performance Coach
Briana played collegiate basketball at California State University, Fullerton where she also received her master’s degree in Sport Psychology. Since 2016, Briana has supported youth, high school, and college-aged student-athletes with developing mental skills to excel in their given sport.
