Christian McBryde '28 Recruiting Profile

When I was younger, I’ve always believed that hard work and passion can take you anywhere. I’ve seen this in my academic journey, where I’ve consistently challenged myself to excel, and on the basketball court, where dedication and drive are everything. I would like to bring that same work ethic to Auburn University, where I hope to have successful academic semesters, grow in my field of study, and represent the school on the basketball team.

From a young age, I’ve loved basketball, not only for the thrill of the game but for the discipline and teamwork it requires. Playing for my high school team has taught me about resilience, mental toughness, and the importance of putting in the extra work—both in training and in academics
