My name is Kyle Render, I am currently 17 years old and a senior at John W. North High School in Riverside, CA. I am 6'5" weighing 170 lbs. with a projected height of 6'6". I play the shooting guard position but I am very comfortable playing the point guard position as well.
My freshman year I made the JV team at North High School where we earned the title of league champs. I was very much an active part of this accomplishment. I averaged 12 points a game and had a stand out game where I scored 30 points. I am now starter and team captain on the varsity team. I am the 2018- 2019 Ivy league player of the year and the 2018 - 2019 Ivy League leading scorer.
I have maintained a 4.1 GPA with a very rigorous AP Honors schedule and very demanding basketball practice and game schedule as well. As well as personal training. I have taken the SAT and scored a 1170.
I have been playing basketball since I was 5 years old. I have always played a level ahead and have a very high basketball IQ and impressive shooting ability.
I am looking for a college institution where the emphasis in being successful on the court is as important off the court. I would like the institution to have many resources available to make sure my goal of earning a degree in Physics is achieved. I would like to be in an environment where the coaching staff has open lines of communication and I can be an integral part of there basketball program.
