2019 HighlightsMy name is Joseph Mishak and I go by Brock. I have been playing basketball since the age of two when I would accompany my dad to coach at the gym seven nights a week for my sisters' practices or games in addition to him playing in his weekly games. I grew up watching and cheering for Division II Colorado School of Mines as my dad was a player there.
I am a point guard with great court vision and an ultra-competitive nature. I can finish at the basket with either hand, I am a good 3 point as well as mid-range shooter. I value the basketball and rarely turn the ball over. I am a leader on the court and in the classroom. I work hard and make developing relationships with my team, classmates, teachers and coaches a priority. In the fall of 2015, I led my Pop Warner football team to the National Championship game in Orlando, Florida as quarterback. I understand what it takes to compete.
My goal is to play college basketball at a high level and get a great education in the process while making connections for the future. I love basketball and either through sports management, coaching or furthering my playing career, I would like basketball to continue being a part of my life.
