I have recently returned from serving a 2 year LDS mission in Spain and I am looking forward to continuing my college basketball career at the college level. I love basketball and will do everything in my power to help your team win.

2020 Elevate Basketball Club (Varsity)
Coached by AJ Niebergail, he recruited Jason and other top players from the Boise, Eagle and Meridian Idaho area to play summer ball. We successfully won four tournament events. Two Crash The Board events in Nampa, ID. One event in Twin Falls, ID and another in Pocatello, ID. This was a great opportunity since we were not able to execute a summer league with the high school due to COVID.
2020 Mustang Basketball Club (MBC) (Varsity)
The club was put together by our new varsity coach Cody Pickett. The head coach was Matthew Kreech. Jason led the team in scoring and rebounds. The team was in the finals of 3 of the 4 tournaments and won 2. Due to COVID, Idaho was one of the only states hosting tournaments. We had a number of quality teams travel from Washington, Oregon and Utah to compete.

You have been selected to participate in the 18th Annual Idaho High School All-Star Basketball Game being held on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Post Falls High School in Post Falls, Idaho. This event is sponsored by Idaho Central Credit Union and the Best Western Coeur d’Alene Inn. This event has been sanctioned by the Idaho High School Athletic Association, and is the only basketball all-star event featuring selected athletes from throughout the state of Idaho. Congratulations on being selected to such a prestigious event! A committee of statewide sports writers and media representatives have nominated and elected you as one of the outstanding senior basketball players in Idaho. As you can understand, the selection process was extremely difficult due to the number of deserving candidates throughout the state, and consideration was given to players at all classification levels for Idaho high school basketball. You have been selected as a participant for the Metro Team.

Additional notes: One of the bigger forwards on the court. Uses his body well and Is an aggressive rebounder. Runs the court very well for his size and position and showcases knowledge of the game and high IQ. Must work on setting more effective screens and being more patient with the ball when he gets in the half court.

Jason successfully played football all the way through his Junior year of high school. He then made the commitment to basketball for his senior season. He did not want to risk injury and the possible loss of his senior season.
