Jamabo William-West '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jamabo William-West (I also go by JT) and I am a 6’3 wing from Baltimore. Maryland. I want to go to college and study both computer engineering and computer science in order to become a software engineer. I would be a great candidate for your team because you will always know exactly what your getting out of me: hard work, dedication, ownership and accountability. What sets me apart from other candidates is my brain and my drive. I’ve always been smarter than most of the people around me and im always finding ways to use my brain to my advantage on and off the court. But, my drive sets me apart the most. Most of my teammates were gifted with athleticism through their genetics and started out playing basketball way before me. But I was never that freak athlete or crazy skilled player. I had to put in twice the amount of work to get my body in peak condition and I had to put in twice the work to hone my craft and become the skilled player I am today.  There’s still work to be done and because there’s always room for improvement, but with me on your team you can count on that work being done. These are some of the many reasons i would make a good candidate for your team.
