Douglas Nelson '23 Recruiting Profile

I have loved basketball since I was a little boy, playing at a very early age at my grandparents home with my Little Tikes Basketball set.  I am very humbled to be the 2019-2020 Hazlehurst High School Indians Basketball Team Captain in my Freshmen year. I plan to continue my goals in playing basketball during college, becoming better as I continue to learn as I go forward.  My goal is to attend a college where I can continue to work hard academically as well as on the basketball court.  I feel POWERFUL (humbled) when I step onto the court for a game or practice/workout.  I want to become a role model for my community, continue to may my parents proud and especially do it for myself.  TEAM I CAN DO IT!!
