Personal Statement

Hello, my name is Nathan but I prefer to go by Nate. My dad has been a basketball coach longer than I have been alive so he has been a huge influence to me. He is the reason I have played basketball my entire life. I grew up living with him and my grandparents on our ranch so I know how to work hard and don't shy away from it. Basketball has become a part of my everyday life and I live and breathe it. My ultimate goal in life is to become an aerospace engineer so I got an early start and have been taking concurrent classes since the beginning of my junior year. One of the things that I have always wanted to do is play college ball. I want to be an asset for my teammates and my coach. I have attended the Point Guard College basketball camp multiple times. The first time being when I was an upcoming freshman and the most recent being this previous summer.
