Cade Peeper '12 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6'3 shooting guard from Memphis, Tennessee. I played varsity as a sophmore and started my junior year at Collierville High School. I have played AAU basketball for the Memphis Bearcats, M33M, and the MemphisHoopers.com. I was on the all district team my freshman year and I also recieved all tournament honors in the Grand Finale AAU Tournament here in Memphis. Academically I have a 3.8 unweighted GPA and I am an AP/ Honors student with a score of 25 on my ACT.

I know I am a senior and I have started my recruiting process late, so I am open to any divisions and schools. I want to play at the highest division possible and I believe my work ethic is strong enough to attain this goal. Being in the City of Memphis is tough because I do not get recognized; I consistently play local teams in summer and fall leagues that roster top 10 in the nation talent at their positions, as well as playing in the top high school district in the state of Tennessee (3 out of 8 teams ranked in the top 10 in the state and 2 achieving top 20 ranks nationally). Having achieved success against this level of competition should help prepare me for the next level.

 I am looking for schools that have a good medical field and are in the southeastern region. Financial aid is also critical because my dad is a homebuilder and the economy has hit him hard. All in all, I just want an opportunity to play basketball and be a positive influence on the team and campus.
