Personal Statement
I was introduced to basketball at the age of 7 and I loved the game almost instantly. I competed for little league teams and eventually played for AAU teams by middle school. At age 12 I suffered a broken leg shooting a jump shot. The injury compromised my 8th grade season, however the rehab introduced me to hard work. I played well enough in High school to earn a scholarship to Temple Junior College. Although COVID19 altered my College experience I competed hard and learned a lot. I decided to take advantage of the COVID19 gap year for eligibility and attend Hillcrest Prep Postgraduate. I am now working harder than ever and through my first six games averaging 21ppg, 6reb, while shooting 66% from 3 point range. I am a traditional small forward with excellent athleticism, length, and shooting ability. I can step right in and help any program win games. Also, I have 4 years of eligibility remaining.
