Carter Cornett '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Carter Cornett. I attend Cave Spring High School in Roanoke, Virginia. I am in the graduating class of 2025.  I am 6'8” tall and weigh 220 lbs. My position is Center/Power Forward. 

I started playing basketball at age 5 with the Upward Bound Program in Roanoke, Virginia. I then moved onto recreation basketball. My seventh grade year of middle school I made the school team and was a starter the remainder of my middle school years. Once I started high school I was a starter for the JV Team my freshman year and then decided with my Coach that I would move up to the varsity team for my sophomore year.  My passion for the game of basketball grows fonder every day. I am dedicated to being the best athlete and student that I can possibly be. I take my school work and game very seriously. I am a very hard working, loyal and motivated student athlete. I dream big and know God will direct me in the right direction that is best for me.
