My name is Caden Christopherson. I am in the class of '19 at Perry High School, I am looking to play competitive golf in college. Because of this, I would like for you to get to know me a little bit. I am playing in the #1 spot again for Perry High School as a junior, and am enthusiastic about working with the younger team members. Last year I was the #1 spot player for our team as a Sophomore. I was the number 4 man as a freshman. Arizona is a competitive golf state, I finished 5th as an Individual at State this year. I had a rough 1st day, but made a comeback on day 2. I have recently been named Player of the year for our area, First Team all Region, and have set a record for All Tournament Player for our state and school.
I have a 3.9 unweighted GPA as of now., I have Honors and AP classes. As far as golf goes, on JUNIOR GOLF SCOREBOARD my national ranking is 291 ....I am looking to better those rankings. My best scores so far in school golf is a 5 under 67 at Dobson Ranch Golf Course, along with a 4 under 68 and 3 under 69 at the Duke, along with a 72 at Longbow, 68 at Lone Tree Golf Course. I actively play in JGAA and AGA events. I feel like I am a great leader on and off the course and in school. I constantly strive to make myself better not only in golf, but in every other area of my life. Excellence in all areas of my life and my family and friends are what matter most to me. I really look forward to continuing to improve and get stronger and more precise with my golf game. I appreciate direction from coaches, I listen to what is being said, and make the necessary adjustments to keep improving. I love life, and even though I am a laid back and level headed personality, I have a fierce competitive drive. I love the continual challenge of golf, I like the team play situation and I am calm in pressure situations. Even more importantly, I am humble but still never satisfied with mediocrity.
