A goal I have at the college level is to first play at a highly competitive golf school, while at the same time maintain a 3.5 gpa or higher during my college time. I also aspire to improve my golf game hugely due to the fact I have only been playing for 3 years. I plan to lower my score to a 73-75 range. I believe I am a good candidate for any golf team because of my attitude and my will power. At all times I strive to better my team on and off the course. I won't let a bad or amazing round put me down or bring me up. I tend to stay humble at all times and get along with everyone. I am different from other recruits because of where I come from, at least thats what I believe. Coming from a private, catholic, military academy I believe I have a more disciplined personality while carrying manners and respect for all people. Marmion Academy has made me strive to grow closer to God which is why I believe my relationships with friends, family, and others have gotten healthier because of the respect and manly manner I show. Being a student at Marmion we are challenged academically harder than any other public school and a lot of private schools. Here at Marmion we average anywhere from 2-5 hours of homework a night. Athletically I believe I am different because I have only been playing for 3 years. I think that shows how far I have came to be shooting in the 70s consistantly while having such little experience. I am determined to work harder and harder each day to strive and make my game better. I believe with a spot on a college golf team I will be able to develop to my full potential.
