Geo'Marco Grano '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coaches, my name is Geo'Marco Grano and i am a 2003 Center. I am 6'1, 195 lbs, and I pride myself on leadership through hard work and determination. I grew up playing AAA Hockey for team Illinois 14u-18u and served as captain of those teams as well. I currently am playing Junior hockey for the Wisconsin Rapids Riverkings to obtain a national title and am striving to be playing in the NAHL next season. I have an 85% win. percentage on my face offs this season and I am relentless when on offense and systematic and reliable on defense. I play in a Fast- Hard- and Physical style and aim to finish every hit and be first to loose pucks. I have a nose for the back of the net and can score from anywhere, last season I tallied 22 goals and 24 assists in 42 games. I believe my character is defined in the class room just as much as on the ice, I Graduated from a prestigious Military school, Marmion Academy with a 4.8 GPA on a 4.0 scale. I also graduated with the rank of Captain and title of Commander in our competitive military program. I am also a member of the National Honor society and Spanish National Honors Society. I am Aiming for a D1 or D3 opportunity to play hockey as well as receive a quality education.
