Matthew Silva '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Matthew Silva and I am a senior at Marmion Academy. I have been playing soccer since i was 3 years old.. I play defensive midfielder/ center back and am a very hard working, adaptive, and coachable player who can play anywhere.
One of  the main traits i possess, is my vision and knowledge of the game. I play both school (varsity) and club soccer all year round. In addition, I have trained with a multitude of coaches, played with many teams and have competed at the highest level. 

I am a leader  both on and off the field. It is important for me to both help and work collectively with my teammates as we are nothing without each other. 

I’d like to play for a coaching staff that will help maximize my potential. I always give it my best and try to be the best teammate I can be.
