Just 2 years ago I began playing golf as a freshman and quickly fell in love with the game. When playing in a match with a future college player I realized the level of skill I needed to compete. Sophomore season saw me leading my team to the districts but falling short of the goal. That experience helped lead me to re-focus my own efforts on becoming a golfer that would play at the college level.
Part of that re-focus was learning the value of teamwork, commitment, sacrifice, and dedication. Junior year, I feel I grew the most as a student-athlete when my high school team (all seniors) looked to me for leadership. I believe I have the talent to compete for a college team, and the character, work-ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program.
