Parker Pogue '24 Recruiting Profile

Golf is symbolic of life. Learning with every shot, being honest, and working hard! I have a strong desire to continue working toward my goals and one day I plan to play at the next level if given the opportunity, and work toward a career in Business. It's important for me to continue growing and learning about the game.  One of my favorite past times is to help others get interested in the game and assist them to learn to play golf. This past year I helped lead my high school team to a State Championship. Our team went undefeated in 2022 as we won every tournament that we played in.  I am striving to be better, and I keep working to perfect my swing, my choices, and my opportunities.  I aspire to be known as a hard worker and a great teammate on and off the course.  I believe what sets me apart is my foundation that my parents have given me, they have instilled our core values of integrity, honesty, and a positive attitude. My goals are achieving in the areas of knowing God, making great Grades, and competing in Golf.  I will use what my parents and coaches have given me through their support and love to continue to accomplish my goals.
