Kenneth (wesley) Burns '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Wesley Burns. I am a senior who is 6’’4. I am a competitive golfer who is looking to play at the next level. I played baseball and football for 10 years. I was the starting quarterback all 10 years and led my team to win a championship 6th grade year. As for baseball I played shortstop and pitcher. I led my team to 2 World Series championships and 4 state championships pitching a no hitter in both the World Series final games. Being a multi sport athlete throughout school has helped me become agile and competitive. It has also taught me the mental side of sports which plays as a huge role in golf. Having these experiences I grew as a leader on my team. With these leadership skills I feel I could use this ability for good. As for golf, practice and or play everyday. I am looking to advance my game to the next level. I also carry a 3.83 GPA, and I am focused on academics. My goal is to play college golf, I am working hard for this everyday.
