Tyler Hager '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Tyler Hager and I am a golfer who is graduating in the class of 2023. I have been playing golf ever since I was little. When I was 4, my dad first took my took me to the driving range and I began hitting balls, chipping and putting. After a couple years,I played my first round of golf when I was 9. Ever since I hit my first golf ball, I instantly fell in love with the game. I became obsessed and try to get better every time I practice and play.

I would make a great impact on any college golf team. I would bring my competitiveness, hard work ethic, personality, and never-get-down-on-yourself attitude to the team. I have a 4.17 GPA out of a 4.0 scale and am ranked 17th out of 108. I practice or play everyday and always work on every aspect of the game.

My goal is to play golf at the highest level of competition in college. I am open to location and am looking for the right fit academically and athletically. I am looking to major in business and work on extending my golf career after college.
